The Weisz Family:
Our experience with Prenatal Vision was EXCELLENT and EXCITING!! We tell everyone who will listen about that day. We loved that we were able to share the video with our friends and family.
The staff made everyone feel so welcome. Despite our many efforts during our first visit, our unborn baby boy did NOT want to wake up or even show his face for that matter!! Our technician had all the patience in the world as she made multiple attempts to make our baby do something...anything. He remained stubborn and we rescheduled, for no additional fee!
Our baby was much more active the second time around. He showed his face and his feet and his tongue! It was truly tear jerking to "meet" our little one this way. We couldn't wait to get home to watch the DVD over and over and just smile until our faces hurt.
The Brown Family:
Jason and I had the joy of going to Prenatal Vision twice during my pregnancy with Maddox. We decided to go at 19 weeks to determine the sex, since we weren't scheduled for a diagnostic ultrasound for another three weeks and we couldn't bear to wait any longer, and we determined ALL boy! Then we went again at 28 weeks (on my birthday!) and brought the whole family to see what his little face looked like with the 3D ultrasound.
Both times that we visited we were met with open arms and felt very welcome. Both the receptionist and the ultrasound tech were very personable and made our experience pleasurable. At our 3D ultrasound, Maddox did not want to cooperate and wouldn't move his hands from his face but the tech went above and beyond her job and did everything in her power to get him to move his arms. Eventually she got a couple of shots but we went over our expected time. It made us feel very good that they took the time with us. The tech even estimated Maddax at around 9 pounds (even though Jason and I were only around 7 pounds at birth) and sure enough he came out at a cool 9 pounds 14.7 ounces.
We are so very thrilled with the service we received and recommend Prenatal Vision to all of our expecting friends. Thanks for all you do!
The Christiansen Family:
We are from the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area and on June 17th, 2011 my mom (who happens to be from South East Texas), my 4 year old daughter, and myself all went to a scheduled doctor's appointment. My mom is probably the BEST grandparent in the world, and she loves grandchildren (now 2) very much. She was extremely excited to join me on this doctor visit because she understandably does not get to take part in much of the pregnancy process. While in the office she asked the doctor if it would be possible to see an ultrasound of her unborn grandchild, and was disappointed when she was told no. When the ten minute appointment was over and we got into the car, I immediately got on my cell phone's internet and found Prenatal Vision. We called and we were ecstatic when the secretary was kind enough to squeeze us in that day!
We made the almost 2 hour drive that afternoon and found ourselves greeted immediately by two wonderful ladies. The ultrasound tech was spot on with our little Kyler. She gasped at the size of his chubby cheeks!
I remember feeling SO comfortable with the ultrasound tech, and giddy at the sight of my little guy. I loved being able to share such a special time in our lives with my mom. I remember some things that the tech told me contradicted my doctor's predictions. According to the ultrasound, I would give birth to a 9-10 lb baby, about a week earlier than my first estimated due date, and my beautiful boy would have a ton of hair. When I told my doctor about the size measurements, she told me that she was going to guess a 7 lb baby.
On June 22nd, 2011 our Kyler was born at 8 lbs 13 oz, a little over a week early, and with a ton of hair! Thank you ladies for such a great experience/memory!
